Munsif Magistrates should submit criminal return/statements to the Sessions
Judge through the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

The District Judges are required to send quarterly report to the Court, regarding
institution and disposal of cases in sessions and subordinate Courts, in the revised
proformas.
