Compliance of Rule 24(3) of the U.P. Government Servant (Conduct) Rules, 1956
read with Rule 425 of the General Rules (Civil), 1957

I am directed to refer to Rule 425 of Chapter XV of General Rules (Civil), 1957
Volume (1) and Rule 24 (3) of the U.P. Government Servant (Conduct) Rules and to ask
you kindly to furnish the statements of the properties owned by all the Officers or
members of their family working under you.
Separate statements should be prepared in respect of each officer including yourself
and sent to the Court, so as to reach here positively within 30 days from the date of
receipt of this letter and continue to submit the same by 20th of January, every year.
