The authority for the purpose of ordering refund of deposits for service of legal
documents in other countries is the court at whose instance the deposit was made and
refund should be made in form T.R 61 as provided in the Central Treasury Rules,
Volume I (627 and 628) after the actual cost etc. for deduction for the Commission/Letter
of Request etc. is known.
